Our return policy last 24 hours from the day of you recieving your purchase. If 24 hours has past since the day of you recieving your product(s), we can not offer you a refund for a return.
In order to be eligable for a return your product must be unused and in the same condition you recieved it. The original packaging and all all pieces must also be intact with the return.
If your product arives and is damaged in any way you must send a picture to our email at Ausableco@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery to prove that your item was damged apon arival.
In order to recieve your refund you must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Plase do not attemp to return item(s) to the manufaturer.
When your return is recieved it will be inspected for damages that have been shown in photo sent to Ausableco@yahoo.com, we will send you an email to notify you that we have recieced you return. When it is determined if you are eligable for a refund we will send you another email with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will be processed along with an email sent showing that you have been approved and will be recieving your refund. A credit will automatically be sent to your credit card or the original method of payment within a 24 hour period. Please allow time for banks to process the return.
Late or missing refunds
If you recieve the email confirning your refund has been approved check your bank account.
If your refund is not there contact credit card company, please know that it may take time before your refund is posted.
The next step is to contact your bank. Often times bank statments with not show that there is a refund as they may need time to process the payment before it is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 202 E. 9th Street Mio, MI 48647.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
